(June
13, 1817 - November 19, 1892) A famous Spanish luthier and guitarist that
remains remembered as the most important guitar maker in the history of the
world, and a man who impacted the entire history of modern music history. As
luthier he managed to take the traditional European forms of guitars that were
popular in that time and create the look of the modern classical guitar. All
modern acoustic guitars that were created in the 20th century and currently are
derivatives of his designs.
